The Parramatta International Canine Sports Inc (PICSI) was founded in 1995, and is a dog training club for agility and flyball.
PICSI was one of the first training clubs in Australia to introduce antibody titre testing as an option to annual vaccination, for proof of the immune status of our members' dogs.

We are involved in the study on the "Investigations into the 'immunological memory' of dogs vaccinated with commercial vaccines against canine parvovirus (CPV) and canine distemper virus (CPV) in Australia" - this is the first time research of this nature is carried out in Australia. The study commenced in February this year at the University of Sydney, and it is funded with a grant from the Canine Research Foundation.

Dr Jean Dodds was brought out to Australia by the Golden Retriever Club of South Australia, for their National Seminar late June. Without the generous offer by the Golden Retriever Club of SA, to share Jean with the rest of the country, the seminar in Sydney would not have happened.

Last year Jean visited New Zealand on a similar mission.
She is so refreshing, engaging, and knowledgeable and it was an incredible experience to spend the evening in her company!
