GENERAL: We sometimes collect personal information through this website, but will never reveal your identity, address, phone and personal details to anyone for any reason or for any amount of money - in other words you will not be put onto a third party mailing list unless you specifically request to do so. You should know that from time to time we may advise you of products and services that Pet Talk Radio! offers as we feel you may be interested in these. If you are not interested in receiving this information you may advise us through links we will provide

TYPES OF INFORMATION
1) Pet Talk Radio! collects and stores information from users including NAME - PHONE NUMBERS - E-MAIL - TYPE OF PETS and relevant user information to enable us to provide programming or other services to you

2) This information is stored in a database in a secure directory that is unable to be accessed without appropriate authority or be downloaded directly by any third party.

3) Credit card details ARE NOT STORED on our site or any site or server involved with the actual real time credit card transaction except for our bank.

4) Pet Talk Radio! uses the Camtech (R) system to enable its 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) e-commerce section of the website. This system has been tested & approved for use on the internet by several banking & credit card institutions including our own bank Westpac.

5) Our websites use cookies. These are small text files stored on your computer. They do not conation information about you. They have an encrypted id number so our system knows you are a Listener Lounge member and to to help personalise Pet Talk Radio!.  Cookies are not available to anyone else and ours expire after 2 weeks. Logging in again creates a new cookie. You can use our website with cookies 'off' but you will not have access to archives or any other 'special areas' . You may need to log in to gain access to these. Having cookies on means you can come and go as often as you want without re-entering your e-mail address etc.

6) Details of this Privacy Policy may change over time due to legislation but will always improve your privacy rather than compromise it.
