Hi Pet Talk Radio team,
This has got to be the most stupid thing I have seen on the roads for a long time!

I was driving a long Kissing Point Road in Sydney on Friday afternoon recently and saw a flatbed utility truck with something rolling around on the back.
As I got closer I could see it was a dog! - Chained to the cabin... 

As the driver - a young bloke took off, the dog skidded on the table top and almost fell off once when he rounded a corner. I happened to have just got my video camera back from being repaired and had it with me and took some video you might be interested in.

This guy obviously doesn't know it's illegal to do this - in any case it's stupid too... how can we get through to idiots like this guy?

Anyway I just wanted to let you know and hope you can put it in a show or something.
