A few years ago I was watching the Italian news which ended with one of those heart warming stories we all love. A fox had broken into a Milanese boutique and made a bed from some rather swish designer clothes. The fox was captured safely and returned to the wild. ‘Che carino,’ said the presenter. ‘And for those of you who would like to bet on that story, we suggest numbers 33,54 and 85.’

Celebrating all things Italian

As someone with Italian roots, I've naturally always believed that   
Italy = cool. It seems that lots (and lots) of other people are   
starting to agree with me. Some of you may be familiar with La Dolce  
Vita, the increasingly popular exhibition held at Olympia in London   which celebrates all things Italian - from motor cars to mozzarella  
and from tomato sauce to tomato soap (no, really!).

Economic relationship between foreign married couples resident in Italy

This article deals with the issue of the choice of law ruling the economic relationship between foreign married partners who are resident in Italy.

The Italian law 218 of the 1995 reforming the international private law, determines the field of application of the Italian jurisdiction and the criteria to individuate the applicable law.
